For many years, I was crippled by my mind. Diagnosed with anxiety, depression, bulimia and bipolar disorder type 1 – I have spent up to 1 year of my life in psychiatric hospitals. I have survived 3 suicide attempts, 6 psychotic episodes and countless anxiety attacks and sleepless nights. I was totally stuck in the negative mind spiral until I learned how to manage my mind

 

I tried taking medications to help but they never seemed to leave me in a place of vitality. And every time I went off the medications, I ended up right back where I started – in the pit of anxiety and depression. So really, I hadn’t solved or fixed anything. I wanted to get to the root of my health conditions not a temporary band aid solution.

 

It wasn’t until I moved beyond the physical level and looked at my thoughts, emotions, and trauma that I was able to move into healing my mind. Thankfully, I finally found a way. And that’s exactly what I want to show you.
